  • Escalate safeguarding concerns, complex case issues, complaints, risks, incidents and queries promptly to the Senior Client Adviser, safeguarding lead or other appropriate route in line with organisational procedures.
  • Work within agreed service boundaries at all times, including signposting clients to official guidance, regulated immigration advice or specialist services where required.
  • Support outreach and engagement activities, including community drop-in clinics, partner sessions, safe appointment arrangements, remote support and re-engagement activity for individuals at risk of disengagement.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with community partners, local authorities, accommodation providers, statutory agencies and specialist services to support referrals, safe engagement, onward signposting and coordinated case progression.
  • Contribute to service monitoring, quality assurance and reporting by ensuring records are complete, accurate, timely and aligned with agreed performance measures and outcomes.
  • Contribute to mobilisation, service close-down and continuous improvement activity by sharing learning about barriers, enablers, client feedback, partner insight and good practice with managers and relevant colleagues.
  • Responding to complaints in a professional and sensitive manner in line with contract and organisational policies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
