Client Advisor
London | 3 Days per Week in the Office
£45k Base + Uncapped Commission
Certus Recruitment Group is partnering with a specialist, high-end advisory business operating in the UHNW space. This is a client-facing role for someone comfortable working with sophisticated individuals, complex requirements, and long-term relationship building.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor, converting warm and qualified leads into clients through a high-touch, consultative sales process. This role suits someone who understands discretion, credibility, and the expectations of UHNW individuals, whether from private banking, wealth management, investment advisory, luxury services, or similar environments.
The Role
- Act as a key point of contact for UHNW prospects, guiding them through a structured advisory journey
- Convert inbound and referred leads into active clients through consultative engagement
- Conduct detailed discovery to understand client objectives and requirements
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and client experience
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and introducers
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline management via CRM
- Represent the business professionally in meetings and industry settings

What They’re Looking For
- Proven experience working with UHNW or HNW clients in some capacity
- Background in advisory, private banking, wealth management, investment services, luxury sales, or similar
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable operating in a regulated, detail-driven environment
- Commercially astute, confident, and credible with senior stakeholders
- London-based and happy working 3 days per week in the office
