Client Advisor – Etro, Harrods London
About the Role We are seeking a passionate and customer-centric Client Advisor to join our luxury retail team at Etro, based at Harrods, London. This role is perfect for those with a deep appreciation for fashion, luxury products, and an exceptional knack for delivering elite levels of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customers with an exceptional and personalised service experience, exceeding expectations through:
- Exceptional product knowledge, including Etro’s collections, heritage, and selling ceremonies
- Personalised advice on fashion trends and the luxury market
- Engaging with clients to deepen relationships and elevate the brand experience
- Support store performance by contributing to business development and target achievement.
- Collaborate to enhance visual merchandising and ensure Etro’s aesthetic standards are met in product displays.
- Assist with inventory management, including product replenishment and stock tracking.
- Adhere to Etro’s grooming, brand standards, and company policies.

Profile & Requirements
Essential
- A genuine passion for fashion and luxury goods.
- Industry experience in customer-facing roles within fashion or luxury retail.
- Strong commercial awareness, outcome-driven mindset, and ability to meet/store targets.
- Excellent customer rapport, adaptability across diverse client profiles.
- Team collaboration skills and a proactive approach to group dynamics.
- Fluent in English (additional language skills considered a plus).
