The Role: Client Advisor
At Stone Island, we are always looking for people who share our spirit and values to drive our company forward. We are currently looking for a full-time Client Advisor to join our team at the London Harrods department store.

OPERATIONS / STOCK MANAGEMENT
- Supports BOH organization and procedures implementation as well as replenishment / transfer activities
- Supports the maintenance of the store’s visual merchandising standards
- Opening and closing responsibilities.
Qualifications
Key Qualifications.
- Previous experience in sales roles;
- Experience in structured luxury fashion/retail companies is a plus;
- Previous international experience both in professional and non-professional contexts;
- Passion for retail, client service and the luxury fashion industry;
- Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity;
- Strong communication skills;
- Willingness to evolve in the organisation;
- Fluency & sophistication in English, Mandarin, and another language is a plus;
- Digitally aware and open to new ways of working;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
