Overview

At Stone Island we are always looking for people who share our spirit and values to drive our company forward. We are currently looking for a full-time Client Advisor to join our team in Bicester Village.

Responsibilities

The Day-To-Day

  • Has strong knowledge of the collection
  • Provides insights on fabrics and products specificities
  • Drives Sales, achieving individual results and contributing to the team ones
  • Maximises sales opportunity leveraging cross-selling
  • Supports BOH organization and procedures implementation as well as replenishment / transfer activities
  • Supports the maintenance of the store’s visual merchandising standards
  • May have opening and closing responsibilities.

Key Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales roles;
  • Experience in structured luxury fashion/retail companies is a plus;
  • Previous international experience both in professional and non-professional contexts;
  • Passion for retail, client service and the luxury fashion industry;
  • Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Willingness to evolve in the organisation;
  • Fluency & sophistication in English, another language is a plus;
  • Digitally aware and open to new ways of working;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
