Louis Vuitton is seeking a highly motivated, curious and client-focused Client Advisor in our London stores.
As a Louis Vuitton Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of our brand, embodying our values of excellence, passion, and innovation. You will play a pivotal role in creating extraordinary experiences for our discerning clientele, guiding them through our exquisite collections and building lasting relationships. Job Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Sales:
- Proactively welcome and engage with clients, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Build strong client relationships through personalized interactions, understanding their needs, and anticipating their desires.
- Master product knowledge across all categories (leather goods, ready-to-wear, accessories, etc.) to confidently present and explain features, benefits, and brand heritage.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by effectively cross-selling and up-selling.
- Maintain a pristine and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all products are beautifully presented.
Client Relationship Management (CRM):
- Utilize CRM tools to capture client information, preferences, and purchase history.
- Proactively follow up with clients through various channels (phone, email, in-store appointments) to nurture relationships and drive repeat business.
- Host and participate in client events, developing a strong network of loyal clients.
Brand Ambassador:
- Embody the Louis Vuitton brand image through impeccable presentation, professionalism, and passion for luxury.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of current fashion trends, luxury market insights, and competitor activities.
- Act as a role model for new team members, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Operational Excellence:
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to sales, inventory management, and security.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory receiving, transfers, and stock management as needed.
Profile
- Previous experience in a luxury retail environment (2+ years preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
- A genuine passion for luxury fashion, art, and culture.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
