Your Role

Join our amazing team in the Technogym Boutique located in the prestigious area of Mayfair, London. As a Technogym Solutions Expert, you will play a pivotal role in continuing to build on the incredible success of the Technogym Boutique (opened in March 2024), you will use your outstanding sales skills and product expertise to deliver a first-class client experience. Your mission is to drive brand engagement, drive footfall and drive Home sales.

Utilising your exceptional business development skills, you will develop a strong client base and build on customer relationships to maximise opportunities and establish Technogym as the go-to premium/luxury brand in the fitness and wellness space. You will interact directly with our prestigious home clients as well as through their partners such as architects, designers, and personal trainers.

The role will be primarily based in our Technogym Boutique, One Berkeley Street with some local travel to visit clients expected. Our ideal candidate is a passionate Salesperson with a natural hunger for business development and sales, alongside the ability to deliver a premium experience to our clients.

Your Impact

You Will

Uncover untapped market opportunities through: - establishing a network of relevant architects, designers and personal trainers, fostering relationships with key decision makers at locations and events frequented by HNWI (including golf/tennis clubs, charity programmes, art exhibitions etc.) and via marketing and networking events Manage and optimise sales pipelines to maximise opportunities Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets Identify consumer leads and sales through innovative B2B2C strategies Establish yourself as an expert in the Technogym brand and our solutions by regularly refreshing your knowledge and staying up to date with new ranges and digital functionality Create and present CAD visuals to clients (full training is provided) Nurture ongoing client relationships through practising effective clienteling Arrange appointments to welcome clients into the Boutique Engage with walk-in customers, demonstrating our solutions and selling consultatively in face-to-face scenarios Support in arranging and executing Technogym Boutique marketing and client events Follow up and provide post-sale customer care to ensure clients get the most out of their Technogym solutions

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You have a positive and proactive mindset, strong organizational skills and are used to working in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will have:

Proven previous experience in a consultative sales role Experience in managing complex deals and solution-based selling Premium/luxury customer service Knowledge of the Home Consumer market. Experience working with architects and designers is a plus. Knowledge of fitness product use and physiological benefits Solid experience with CRM software (knowledge of Salesforce is a plus) Social media, IT proficiency and digital skills Excellent listening, communication and presentation ability Ability to work independently with high organisation, attention to detail and project management skills Results-driven approach A passion for brand, luxury, design, Made in Italy… Loves Technogym products and solutions Passion for sports, fitness and wellness
