Client Advisor - Marsh Multinational
Marsh Multinational Client Advisor – Milton Keynes (Hybrid)
About the Role
Join the world’s leading Insurance Broker, Marsh, in a Multinational Client Advisor role based in Milton Keynes. This is a hybrid position, requiring two in-office days per week. You will support a dedicated team providing Advisory/Executive services to multinational clients, building strong relationships and delivering strategic risk management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
In your role, you will:
- Service a portfolio of ~100 clients / 400 policies, including standalone statutory risks and complex multidivisional accounts (across Property, Business Interruption, Motor, Liability, Group Travel/PA, Marine, and Financial lines)
- Oversee client renewal processes, including:
- Developing renewal strategies
- Preparing and presenting risk profiles to the market
- Negotiating terms with insurers
- Indicates Canadian products if clients those products are of interest
- Handle day-to-day client enquiries via email, telephone, and web
- Ensure adherence to Compliance, Operational platforms, and Marsh procedures
- Manage invoicing and financial reporting for client accounts
- Assist in New Business procedures and ongoing support
- Identify opportunities to expand your client base
- Work closely with international Marsh offices as required

Requirements
- Strong background in Commercial or Corporate Insurance, preferably in a broking or claim underwriting environment
- An articulate, relationship-driven professional with excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated and willing to complete requirements in exceptional software environment
- Experience with Acturis software is advantageous
Entry Criteria
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a relevant field
- CII qualifications (or progression toward them) is desirable but not essential
