Client Advisor - Menswear
Harvey Nichols is seeking a Client Advisor to join our Menswear Department in Leeds, a destination for modern luxury and cutting-edge design. This is your opportunity to represent a curated selection of exciting high-end menswear brands and deliver a bespoke experience to a discerning clientele.
About The Role…
As the new Menswear Client Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and make their style aspirations a reality, providing a fun and enjoyable 5* experience. You will:
Guide clients through our curated collections and use your expertise to immerse them in the world of menswear and fashion Build and maintain genuine, long-lasting client relationships, providing an exceptional client experience at all touchpoints Stay ahead of trends in menswear, tailoring, and emerging designers Ensure immaculate presentation and secure handling of premium garments and accessories Demonstrate flexibility; our clients expect exceptional service whenever inspiration strikes, including evenings and weekends.
