Client Advisor | Premium Fashion | Central London

Are you passionate about luxury fashion, delivering exceptional client experiences and building long-term relationships? We are looking for a driven and service-focused Client Advisor to join a prestigious luxury brand in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a premium retail environment, enjoys creating memorable experiences and has a genuine passion for luxury products, craftsmanship and styling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience from welcome through to aftercare.
  • Build and maintain a loyal client book through proactive clienteling, appointments and regular follow-up.
  • Develop expert product knowledge to confidently communicate craftsmanship, heritage and collection stories.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets, including KPIs such as ATV, UPT and CRM objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to maximise every client interaction through styling, cross-selling and upselling.
  • Maintain the highest standards of boutique presentation, visual merchandising and housekeeping.
  • Support stock management, replenishment, deliveries and inventory processes.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, confidence and impeccable personal presentation at all times.

About You

  • Previous experience within luxury, premium fashion, jewellery, watches or beauty retail.
  • A natural relationship builder with a genuine passion for delivering world-class customer service.
  • Commercially driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong styling ability with an eye for detail and luxury presentation.
  • Confident using CRM tools and clienteling to build repeat business.
  • Positive, proactive and adaptable with excellent communication skills.
  • Passionate about fashion, craftsmanship and luxury retail.
