Sales & Channel Management Executive

Your Mission

Lead sales efforts across channels—direct, online, or retail. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Setting performance targets
  • Monitoring and optimizing sales metrics
  • Overseeing customer-facing operations

Ensure channel partners are equipped to deliver the organization’s products/services effectively through partnership management, negotiation, and training.


How You’ll Make an Impact

Relationship & Account Management

  • Develop relationship management plans for complex accounts, building trust with key decision-makers.
  • Tailor presentations and negotiations to address individual needs and concerns, securing agreements on customer requirements.

Networking & Industry Presence

  • Expand the organization’s personal network in the business sector.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, gathering insights and enhancing visibility.

Solutions & Contract Negotiation

  • Design complex product-and-services solutions, incorporating input from specialist teams.
  • Present proposals, negotiation contracts, and manage exceptions within governance frameworks.

Performance Tracking & Resource Pricing

  • Monitor business performance metrics, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
  • Lead contracts management, from planning to execution, including negotiating service-level agreements.

CRM & Compliance Excellence

  • Oversee CRM system maintenance, driving enhancements for customer engagement.
  • Implement compliance safeguards for partners, ensuring regulatory adherence.

Training & Knowledge Leadership

  • Develop product education initiatives addressing business needs.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in topics such as technology, policy, or regulation, maintaining certifications via continuous learning.

Key Requirements

✅ Education & Expertise

  • Master’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Extensive experience allowing independent problem-solving and mentoring junior team members.

✅ Industry Specialization

  • 4+ years’ experience in luxury retail/high-end client service (preferably in watchmaking).
  • Strong foundation in the luxury market, with particular familiarity with Vacheron Constantin’s brand values.
  • Eagerness to perform boutique-level tasks (setup, reporting, inventory management).

✅ Client & Stakeholder Mastery

  • Exceptional clienteling and relational skills in personalized service.
  • Ability to recruit, engage, and retain high-net-worth clients.
  • Proactive networking and legitimate in long-term business relationship growth.
