Part-time Client Advisor – Harrods Store

About the Role

We are looking for a Part-time Client Advisor for our Harrods store.

As a Client Advisor at Acne Studios, you will work collaboratively with your team to establish and nurture loyal, engaging customer relationships, drive sales, and deliver positive business outcomes—where exceptional service and attentiveness are central to your success.

What You Will Do

Your primary role is to care for our customers across the entire client cycle. Training and coaching in luxury sales, service, and clienteling will support your success using Acne Studios’ innovative approach to customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and delivering omnichannel services to enhance the customer journey
  • Welcoming and guiding customers seamlessly through the purchase process
  • Ensuring every detail is handled with precision, delivering a best-in-class experience
  • Achieving sales, conversion, and clienteling targets
  • Upholding administrative procedures and maintaining efficient inventory management

Key Personal Qualities

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building strong customer relationships
  • Ability to identify customer needs, cross-sell products, and achieve sales targets
  • A professional and responsive demeanor for resolving concerns efficiently

Required Experience & Knowledge

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing retail or hospitality role
  • Strong track record in driving sales with outstanding customer service
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and clienteling techniques
  • Fluency in English (required for this role), and additional languages where applicable to the market
