Role Description

The Client Advisor – Saint Laurent – Dubai is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, focused on delivering a distinctive luxury client experience. The role involves:

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Managing sales processes from introduction to after-sales follow-up
  • Contributing to the achievement of boutique sales and service objectives

The Client Advisor will also:

  • Support merchandising and visual presentation of the store
  • Handle client inquiries and requests efficiently
  • Collaborate closely with the store team to maintain a refined and organized environment

Qualifications

  • Strong Client Relations and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building long-term, trust-based relationships.
  • Proven ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through attentive service and personalized client engagement.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal communication and active listening in a luxury retail context.
  • Understanding of Insurance or related service processes as they apply to high-value purchases and client protection.
  • Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion, or high-end hospitality is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site full time, including weekends and holidays as required by retail operations.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to international clientele are an advantage.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, brand ambassadorship, and passion for fashion and luxury products.
  • Organizational skills, reliability, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
