Hybrid Role: Client Advisor at Marsh Commercial, Worcester
We are seeking a talented individual to join Marsh Commercial in Worcester. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least four days a week in the office.
The Role
We have an exciting opportunity at Marsh Commercial, as we’re looking to recruit a Client Advisor to join us in our Enterprise Centre of Excellence. Within your role, you’ll be responsible for servicing both new and existing clients with a range of commercial insurance products.
Responsibilities
- Service a dedicated portfolio of clients
- Manage renewals, invoicing, and producing new quotes
- Upsell/cross-sell additional products
- Handle additional client queries
- Provide excellent client service and ensure client needs are met
- Ensure timely completion of all set tasks
- Demonstrate adaptability skills to support colleagues
- Develop meaningful working relationships with insurer partners
- Stay updated with major classes of insurance and new technical and product developments
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience within insurance (personal lines or commercial insurance)
- Strong literacy, numeracy, administration, and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
- Experience utilizing the Microsoft Office suite and similar products
