The part you’ll play
You will join us in our Bicester Village Store as a Full-Time Client Advisor, reporting directly to Store Management.
- Transform each client experience into magical moments, building authentic, long-term bonds with them
- Lead by example on the selling floor to inspire both individual and team success, driving sales results with accountability
- Demonstrate deep understanding of luxury clients’ desires, needs, and expectations
- Innovate continuously by proposing fresh ideas to enhance client value and create memorable moments.
What you’ll bring
- A caring, authentic, and trusted approach as a client advisor, with a genuine passion for style and luxury fashion.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle clients with empathy and put them at the centre of every decision.
- Courage to share ideas and innovate, with a willingness to grow and learn.
- Experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
- Ability to develop meaningful client relationships using CRM tools and initiatives.
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset, ready to contribute to collective success.
