Client Advisor – Marsh Commercial (Enterprise Centre of Excellence)
Location: Exeter or Cardiff | Working Model: Hybrid (4 days in office per week)
We are seeking a talented individual to join Marsh Commercial in one of our regional offices, offering an exciting opportunity to join our Enterprise Centre of Excellence as a Client Advisor.
About the Role
Within this role, you’ll be responsible for servicing both new and existing clients across a range of commercial insurance products. We value diversity in experience—whether you have previous insurance, customer service, or administration experience—or are looking to transition into the sector.
Upon successful recruitment, you’ll benefit from:

Once trained, you’ll manage a dedicated portfolio of clients, ensuring smooth account management. This includes:
- Handling renewals, invoicing, and quote production
- Upselling/cross-selling additional products
- Resolving client queries and challenges
Your Key Responsibilities
You will be relied upon to:
- Deliver exceptional client service, proactively identifying and fulfilling client needs while adhering to Marsh’s service standards.
- Ensure timely task completion for seamless client satisfaction.
- Demonstrate adaptability in supporting colleagues with time-sensitive business tasks.
- Build strong relationships with insurer partners to enhance client servicing.
- Use training, coaching, and mentoring to develop expertise across key insurance classes while staying informed about product developments.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Ideally minimum 1 year of experience in insurance, customer service, or administration (not strictly necessary but preferred).
- Strong literacy, numeracy, administration, and communication skills (demonstrable via qualifications).
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to flexible demands.
- Excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple enquiries simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (and similar tools).
