About the team
Due to continued growth in our UK Employer Services team, we have an exciting opportunity available for a Payroll Administrator to join our client services department. Our national payroll services team work collaboratively to deliver the best client experience, and our Payroll Administrators are responsible for the end-to-end payroll processing for a portfolio of clients; ensuring they are processed accurately, on time and in line with relevant legislation and client requirements.
About the role
Responsible for the day-to-day administration of your portfolio of payroll clients, ensuring you deliver all payrolls accurately, efficiently and within agreed deadlines. Complete a self-review of your work to ensure accuracy before submitting to our quality control review
- You will be the day-to-day contact for your portfolio of clients and will respond to their queries and request in a professional and timely manner.
- You will be supported by your management team for any queries you are unable to resolve.
- Responsible for general pension administration for your portfolio of clients, such as uploading contribution files to the provider portal.
- We support our team to achieve qualifications with CIPP and create opportunities to be part of upcoming projects and innovation.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in UK payroll and pension administration. Preferably experience in a payroll bureau/outsourcing environment but this is not essential.
- Experience of UK payroll legislation, HMRC requirements, pension obligations and statutory payments.
- Good communication skills, with organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Accountable and reliable, taking ownership of tasks through to completion.
- Collaborative and curious, working effectively with colleagues in your team to deliver the best client experience and open to new innovative ways of improving processes.
