Harvey Nichols is seeking a Client Advisor to join our Womenswear Contemporary Department in Edinburgh—a destination for modern luxury and cutting-edge design. About the Role
As the Womenswear Client Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and transform their style aspirations into reality, delivering a fun, immersive, and exceptional 5-star experience. Your responsibilities include:

- Guiding clients through our curated collections, leveraging your expertise to immerse them in the world of womenswear fashion
- Building and maintaining genuine, long-lasting client relationships across all touchpoints
- Staying ahead of trends in womenswear, tailoring, and emerging designers
- Ensuring immaculate presentation and secure handling of premium garments and accessories
- Demonstrating flexibility to meet client needs, including evenings and weekends
Requirements
We are looking for individuals who:
