Harvey Nichols is seeking a Client Advisor to join our Womenswear International Department in Edinburgh, a destination for modern luxury and cutting-edge design. This is your opportunity to represent a curated selection of exciting high-end womenswear brands and deliver a bespoke experience to a discerning clientele.
About The Role
As the new Womenswear Client Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will make their style aspirations a reality, providing a fun and enjoyable 5 experience*. Your responsibilities include:

- Guiding clients through our curated collections, using your expertise to immerse them in the world of womenswear fashion
- Building and maintaining genuine, long-lasting client relationships, delivering an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint
- Staying ahead of trends in womenswear, tailoring, and emerging designers
- Ensuring immaculate presentation and secure handling of premium garments and accessories
- Demonstrating flexibility, as clients expect exceptional service whenever inspiration strikes, including evenings and weekends
