Harvey Nichols is seeking a Client Advisor to join our Womenswear International Department in Edinburgh, a destination for modern luxury and cutting-edge design. This is your opportunity to represent a curated selection of exciting high-end women’s womenswear brands and deliver a bespoke experience to a discerning clientele.
About the Role
As the new Womenswear Client Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will help transform their style aspirations into reality, delivering a fun, immersive, and 5-star retail experience.

Responsibilities
You will:
- Guide clients through our curated collections of high-end womenswear, using your expertise to craft a personalised experience
- Build and maintain genuine, long-term client relationships, ensuring exceptional service at every touchpoint
- Stay ahead of trends in womenswear, tailoring, and emerging designers
- Present premium garments and accessories with immaculate care and professionalism
- Offer flexible availability, as our clients demand exceptional service—including evenings and weekends

Essential Requirements
✔ Experience in luxury retail (preferably with womenswear) ✔ Deep knowledge and passion for all things womenswear ✔ Strong ability to develop and nurture client relationships ✔ Experience working with premium or bespoke womenswear brands
