In this role, the successful Client Advisor/IFA Administrator, will be responsible for the preparation of correspondence, documents and meetings alike. In addition, you will also be responsible certain financial tasks such as preparing invoices and reviewing client and office account entries. On top of this, you will be responsible for client and customer liaison, relaying correspondence and providing advice where applicable. Finally, you will also be responsible for both diary and email management as well as dealing with telephone enquiries.

The Person

  • Background within the financial/legal/property services sector or a related field
  • Previous experience within a Client Advisor/Administrator/IFA Admin role or similar position
  • Strong organisational, communicational and analytical skills
