Client Associate - Private Wealth

The Client:

A prestigious investment firm with approximately 250 in the London office and additional offices worldwide. The business has excellent staff retention and a fantastic track record of internal promotions and staff development!

The Client Associate Role:

This is a busy Client Associate role. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Taking email and phone enquiries from clients, escalating where necessary
  • Acting as first point of contact for clients; building and maintaining relationships
  • Administration of the CRM system, including production of receipts, opening and closing client accounts and updating daily activity
  • Producing client presentations
  • Managing process of Quarterly Valuations – communications, collating reports, and scanning of client letters
  • Administration – arranging client meetings, scanning and filing, inbox management
  • Ad-hoc administration and support to the team and clients.

Candidate Specification:

  • Previous experience in a client-facing role, ideally working with HNW or UHNW clients
  • Excellent communication skills – highly professional and to the highest standard, both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Capable of working as part of a team and independently
  • Excellent IT literacy – MS Office in particular.
