A highly regarded investment boutique is looking to hire a Client Associate to join its growing client team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 5–7 years' experience who is looking to broaden their exposure beyond traditional client service. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll gain experience across institutional business development, consultant relations, client servicing and marketing, with a clear pathway towards a client-facing career.

Responsibilities

  • Support institutional client relationships and business development activities.
  • Prepare client and consultant meeting materials and research.
  • Assist with RFPs, DDQs and marketing presentations.
  • Conduct market and prospect research.
  • Coordinate client follow-up and CRM management.
  • Attend client meetings and industry events.
  • Work closely with the investment team to build product knowledge.

About You

You'll likely have:

  • Around 5–7 years' experience within investment management.
  • A background in client service, sales support, consultant relations or institutional distribution.
  • Experience preparing RFPs, DDQs and client materials.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • A genuine interest in investment markets and a desire to build a long-term client-facing career.
