Client Associate - Psych Health (Remote)
Client Associate – Psych Health Team Occupational Health | Remote (UK-based)
About the Role
At Health Partners, we’re driving transformation in the UK’s occupational health and wellbeing sector. As a Client Associate in our Psych Health team, you’ll play a crucial support role across all aspects of occupational health case management. This full-time position offers a dynamic opportunity to shape our services while maintaining rigorous standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operational Support
- Act as the backbone of the Psych Health team, delivering efficient and compliant administrative services to enhance case management.
- Handle day-to-day phone calls and outbound communications using our cloud-based telephony system (calls recorded for training and quality assurance).
- Book, manage, and coordinate appointments for patients, ensuring seamless scheduling.
- Process GDPR-compliant emails, correspondence, and customer enquiries with prompt, accurate responses.
- Review, proofread, and release reports and documentation crucial for client and clinical staff.
- Manage invoicing and case closure, including financial monitoring and reconciliation.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise across multiple parties: internal colleagues, clients, their employees, and third parties (e.g., GPs), via phone, email, and physical correspondence.
- Coordinate and maintain team diaries and appointment schedules for all clinical staff to maximise productivity.
- Review cases, escalate complex inquiries, monitor updates, and gather missing information—escalating slow-moving or high-risk cases to senior colleagues as needed.

Requirements
Essential Criteria
- Confidence working remotely with adherence to GDPR, regulatory standards, and Health Partners’ policies.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)—demonstrable in both personal and professional contexts.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail, coupled with the ability to multitask and thrive under pressure.
- IT proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, with experience of Microsoft Office 365 (advantageous).
- Educational background in Occupational Health, healthcare administration, or a similar field (not mandatory but highly regarded).
- Self-motivated, proactive approach to using your initiative while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Environment & Commitment
Work Arrangements
- Full-time: 37.5 hours/week (7.5 hours/day; core hours: 8.00am–6.00pm, Mon–Fri)
- Remote-based in the UK (only applicants currently residing in the UK can apply).

Salary & Benefits
- £24,784.50 per annum (fully remote role).
- Annual leave: 25 days + bank holidays (augments with tenure; includes a non-contractual birthday leave).
