Client Care Administrator – Permanent, Part-Time
Role: Client Care Administrator Location: Syston Salary: £26,701 FTE pro-rata, equating to £12,682.97 per annum Hours: 19 hours per week (plus 1x3 Saturday shifts, flexibility required) Job Type: Permanent, part-time
We’re seeking a passionate, customer-focused professional to join our team as a Client Care Coordinator at our Syston branch. This role is crucial in maintaining our first-class client experience, supporting clinical teams, and ensuring a warm, efficient reception environment.
As a Client Care Associate, you’ll carry out key responsibilities such as:
- Managing day-to-day operations of our busy reception area
- Providing exceptional customer service via face-to-face interactions, telephone calls, and our online portal
- Supporting clinical teams by assisting with administrative tasks
- Creating Other-inclusive environment with a commitment to diversity and mental wellbeing

Responsibilities & Skills
- Excellent customer service experience—especially in vet-related or healthcare environments
- Strong communication skills (face-to-face, phone, and digital)
- Attention to detail—tracking tasks and ensuring seamless client support
- Empathetic & positive demeanour that puts clients and colleagues at their best
- Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
