Role: Client Care Administrator
Location: Syston
Salary: £26701 FTE pro-rata to £12,682.97 per annum
Job type: Permanent, part-time
Hours: 19 hours per week across 4 days. Flexibility required.
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Client Care Associate at our branch in Syston and are seeking that special someone who enjoys helping people, to join our team.
The Client Care Associates play a pivotal role within our team. They are responsible for the day to day running of our busy reception area, providing a first-class service to our clients and supporting our clinical teams. This role will not only give you the opportunity to develop your customer care skills, in addition to this, we will support and develop you with CPD programs to enhance your skills and capability as we believe in career development for all our associates.
Did we mention you also get the chance to cuddle the patients too!
Passionate about customer care, ideally with a strong customer service background
Ability to communicate with clients either face to face, over the telephone or our online portal
Attention to detail and able to prioritise tasks
Empathetic, approachable, friendly with a positive attitude

Who we are:
Kings Veterinary Centre is a first opinion veterinary practice with 5 branches and a hospital in the surrounding area. We pride ourselves in offering on-site emergency care, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Our dedicated team of clinical and non-clinical staff provide high standards of care to our patients and our clients.
We support many local pet charities and are heavily involved in the local community.
