Client Care Advisor
As a Client Care Advisor, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding customer service and support to our clients.
This role requires strong communication skills to effectively address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive experience. Your core responsibilities will include managing client interactions and providing solutions. With premium skills in client relations, you will enhance our service offerings and contribute to client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in a veterinary setting
- Assist clients with inquiries, appointments, and general information
- Educate clients on products, services, and treatment options
- Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure smooth operation
- Handle client complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure client satisfaction

Working Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:30 to 19:00 on a rotating 1 week shift pattern,
1 in 3 Saturdays 09:00-17:00 - must have flexibility to pick up overtime to cover holiday and absence.
Average 22.5 Hours per week
Experience:
- Previous experience in a public facing, customer service role, preferably in a veterinary setting
- Knowledge of veterinary or terminology and procedures
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proficient in computer systems and software used for client management
- Must have a good team work ethic
