Exciting New Opportunity! Ayr, Irvine & Kilmarnock VetsForPets
We are looking for a Part-Time Client Care Advisor – 30 hours per week, including 2 in 4 Saturdays. With the chance of increasing to full time over time.

A Bit About Us
We are a close-knit team of 50+ colleagues, including Veterinary Surgeons, Registered Veterinary Nurses, Practice Managers, and Client Care Advisors, across three busy Ayrshire practices. We pride ourselves on treating each other like family. While our days can be busy and challenging, we always make time to support one another. We love building strong relationships, having fun, and making memories—whether that’s a night out or a day of team-building. Who We Are Looking For
Are you the friendly, energetic, pet-loving superstar who can make tails wag and clients smile? We’re on the hunt for someone who can bring exceptional service to our clients and the very best care to their pets, acting as the all-important link between our clients and the clinical team.
Your mission? Make every client’s visit unforgettable. From greeting them with a warm smile to guiding them through payments and future bookings, you’ll be the reason they leave happy and excited to come back.

- Support your colleagues, clients & patients and make them feel cared for and at ease.

A full UK driving licence is essential, as you’ll be travelling between our three practices in Ayr, Irvine, and Kilmarnock.
