If you enjoy delivering exceptional service and working as part of a team, we have the perfect opportunity for you at our Cheltenham practice.
What your day will look like:
- Provide outstanding service to clients while ensuring the best care for their pets, acting as the vital link between clients and the clinical team.
- Build strong relationships with clients, their pets, and your colleagues to create a welcoming and supportive environment.
- Ensure every client leaves the practice satisfied, confident they’ve received exceptional care, and looking forward to their next visit.
- Greet clients warmly, offer guidance and support, and manage payments and future bookings with confidence.
- Coordinate the smooth running of daily practice routines using our online booking system, so computer literacy is essential.
Role details:
- Both full or part time hours available
- Shifts between 9am–7pm with a 1-in-4 weekend rota
- Salary in line with National Minimum Wage

What we’re looking for:
- Friendly, welcoming, and attentive personality, providing the best possible experience for clients and their pets.
- Up-to-date knowledge of practice services and the ability to guide clients effectively.
- Calm under pressure, handling a wide range of situations—from comforting a worried client to celebrating a pet’s first visit.
- Enthusiastic, driven, and passionate about pets and excellent client service.
- Ability to work well as part of a team, creating a positive and friendly atmosphere.
- Previous administration or customer service experience is essential.
