Are you the kind of person who thrives when the phones are ringing, the waiting room is full and no two days look the same? We're looking for an enthusiastic Client Care Advisor to join our established small animal practice in Weymouth. We value teamwork, positivity and people who bring fresh ideas and an open mind. For over a decade we've cared for local pets and their people, with our team of 3 full-time Client Care Advisors having worked together for the last five years.

This is a busy, fast-paced front-of-house role. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients – managing a high volume of calls, greeting clients and pets, booking appointments, processing payments and helping keep the practice running smoothly. You'll need to love multitasking, stay calm under pressure and genuinely enjoy helping people and pets.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
