Join Our Enthusiastic Team as a Client Care Advisor at Stafford Vets Pets!

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Client Care Advisor to join our friendly team at our Stafford practice. If you love providing outstanding service and thriving in a collaborative environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

This full-time role (38 hours per week, including occasional Saturday work) offers an exciting chance to be the friendly face that greets clients and their pets, ensuring exceptional experiences every visit.

Your role will include:

  • greeting clients promptly and warmly
  • offering support, guidance, and expert advice
  • handling payments and bookings with confidence
  • keeping our online booking system running smoothly via reliable use of IT
