Client Care Advisor

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Client Care Advisor to join our team in Huntingdon!

We have part-time and full-time roles available (PT 20-30hrs / FT 40hrs) and must be willing to take part in a weekend rota (1 in 3 Saturdays) ideally able to cover hours on shift between 9am and 7pm. There are no OOH/bank holidays.

Type of Candidates We Are Looking For

  • Hard-working team player that is able to cope in a fast-paced client-facing role
  • Able to cope with emotive situations in a professional manner
  • A friendly, approachable personality who can relate and bond with clients
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role
  • Competent in using computer software including Microsoft (preferably appointment booking systems too although full training on our system will be given)
  • Experience in the veterinary industry preferred but not essential
  • Flexible to cover various shifts during our opening hours. Saturdays on a rota'd basis will be included.
