Why join us?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading professional services organisation in a highly visible, client‑focused role. We are looking for a proactive Client Care Assistant to support the delivery of key client contracts and client due‑diligence activity.

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business and gain valuable exposure to governance, compliance, and client‑management processes. You will take the lead on governance for the client assurance process, including creating and maintaining knowledge materials and supporting junior contract management activities for our Contract Managers.

You will also coordinate client audit and assurance requests, working closely with our Pune Compliance Team to provide high‑quality responses and ensure actions are completed on time.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in contract delivery management and develop strong foundations in client governance and assurance. The role is based in our Manchester office on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of two office days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day delivery of client contracts, working closely with Contract Delivery Managers and the compliance team in Pune to coordinate due diligence responses across service delivery, finance, and audit outcomes.
  • Prepare reports in MS Excel, analysing MI and data, maintaining accurate documentation in MS Word and MS PowerPoint, and producing quick reference guides to support the education of operational teams.
  • Manage and update key systems, including the intranet and client portals, ensuring information remains accurate, accessible, and compliant.
  • Play a key role in client audit and assurance activity, coordinating audit visits and tracking post-audit actions.
  • Work with stakeholders across the business, including offshore teams, to ensure deadlines are met, processes are followed, and continuous improvements are delivered across client care, governance, and risk management.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
