Client Care Assistant (CCA) – Medivet

About the Role As a Client Care Assistant (CCA), you will be the first point of contact for client phone calls and in-person visits, playing a key role in delivering exceptional care to clients, patients, and colleagues. Your Responsibilities

As a Client Care Assistant, your role will keep our practice running smoothly while uplifting every interaction:

  • Front-of-Desk Excellence
    • Greet every client with warmth and professionalism, maintaining a positive first impression
    • Update patient records accurately and efficiently
  • Operational Mastery
    • Triage emergency appointment needs, liaising with clients and rescheduling as necessary to prioritise urgency
    • Optimise the practice schedule, matching appointments to the available skillsets—ensure each client gets the best possible service
    • Robustly manage online appointment bookings, ensuring availability
    • Process repeat prescription orders (timely, accurately)
  • Client Communication
    • Handle all phone queries, queries, and messages with courtesy and professionalism
  • Teamwork & Further Impact
    • Collaborate seamlessly with the team to preserve a supportive, efficient environment
  • Contribution to Medivet’s Growth
    • Engage in newer initiatives as our business evolves—this is about shaping the future of family-focused veterinary care
