How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Client Care Co-ordinator, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional, and compassionate experience in every interaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing appointments
- Handling client enquiries
- Supporting client communications
- Collaborating closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey
Working Pattern
This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week), including a share of Saturdays with time given back in lieu.
- Shift times: Mon–Fri: 8:30am–7:00pm, plus Saturdays (specific schedule may require flexibility).
- Flexibility is essential to cover practice opening hours.

Key Responsibilities
We’re looking for a Client Care Co-ordinator with:
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- A love for pets and people
- A confident and naturally caring disposition
Essential tasks include:
- Supporting the smooth running of the practice in a high-pressure, emotionally sensitive environment.
- Managing incoming phone calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Cash handling and basic administrative tasks.
- Confidentiality and data management (handling sensitive client information).
- Keeping up with deadlines (e.g., booking systems, IT updates).
Experience in these areas would be advantageous:
- A busy reception environment
- Customer service with attention to detail
- IT systems (e.g., practice management software).
- Remaining calm, friendly, and supportive under pressure.

Base salary: Up to £24,862 per annum.
