What You Will Do

  • Act as the first point of contact for all new enquiries, assessing the suitability and complexity of medical referrals and medico-legal instructions.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments between specialist consultants and clients, ensuring all clinical documentation and background information is gathered promptly.
  • Manage operational KPIs including enquiry response times and conversion rates while maintaining accurate records within the secure CRM system.

The ideal candidate

  • Proven experience in a client-facing, sales, or service role, ideally within healthcare, legal, or professional services sectors.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive medical enquiries with empathy and professionalism.
  • Highly organised with strong digital proficiency, capable of managing multiple case workflows and scheduling requirements in a fast-paced environment.
