What You Will Do
- Act as the first point of contact for all new enquiries, assessing the suitability and complexity of medical referrals and medico-legal instructions.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments between specialist consultants and clients, ensuring all clinical documentation and background information is gathered promptly.
- Manage operational KPIs including enquiry response times and conversion rates while maintaining accurate records within the secure CRM system.
The ideal candidate
- Proven experience in a client-facing, sales, or service role, ideally within healthcare, legal, or professional services sectors.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive medical enquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Highly organised with strong digital proficiency, capable of managing multiple case workflows and scheduling requirements in a fast-paced environment.
