Client Case Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a Client Case Manager to own the preparation, accuracy, and readiness of client advice following adviser meetings, ensuring all required information, analysis, and documentation is complete to allow smooth progression through the advice process.
- Attend or review client meetings to accurately interpret client objectives, financial position, and advice requirements, ensuring all necessary information is captured and validated.
- Act as the first line of quality control, identifying and resolving any information gaps, inconsistencies, or risks before cases progress.
- Prepare and create high-quality suitability reports for new business, fund switches, and all client advice outcomes, ensuring regulatory and internal compliance.
- Maintain accurate and complete client records across systems, including iBusiness, Salesforce, Confidential Financial Review, illustrations, and Monday.com.
- Produce illustrations, run calculations, and gather technical information to support robust and appropriate advice.
- Prepare and submit pre-sale and triage cases, ensuring all required documents and information are complete, accurate, and clearly presented.
- Own and manage case progression, collaborating with Advisers, Client Executives, Paraplanners, and external providers to resolve queries, maintain momentum, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
Core Duties
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in all/client recommendations and documentation.
- Enable efficient caseflow by acting as the first point of quality assurance.
- Maintain universal consistency between advice and client records.
- Actively collaborate with internal and external teams to compel urgent case resolutions.
Additional Requirements
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the financial advice process, ideally with previous paraplanning or technical experience.
- Experience in writing suitability reports and supporting regulated advice.
- Unwavering attention to detail, coupled with strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to balance multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication—interapsing effectively between Advisers, clients, and third parties.
- Proficiency in systems like Salesforce, iBusiness, and financial planning tools.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous paraplanning or technical knowledge of financial advice preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Ability to process suitability reports.
- Regulatory compliance knowledge.
- Personal Qualities:
- Superior organisation with sharp time and deadline management.
- Proficiency with technical data systems and financial platforms.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong command of phone, email, and face-to-face client interaction.
