About Big Wave
Big Wave Creations is a growing video and social media agency helping businesses create better content, stronger stories and more consistent results.
We’re a small, ambitious team with a background in TV production, social media and creative strategy. The business is growing quickly, and we’re now looking for someone organised, proactive and reliable to help keep client work moving smoothly day to day.
The Role
This role is all about freeing up the founder to focus on creative direction, sales and client relationships.
You’ll be the person helping to keep projects, posts, edits and client communication moving. That means chasing approvals, checking details, scheduling content, managing small admin tasks and making sure nothing gets missed.
This would suit someone highly organised who enjoys flexibility, likes working independently and is comfortable being across lots of moving parts.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
