Location: Cardiff Bay (Office Based)
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: Competitive (Dependent on Experience)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Client Coordinator to join our fast-paced operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a busy environment, and wants to develop their career within a growing business.
No two days are the same. You’ll be working with a variety of clients across several different service areas, ensuring they receive an exceptional level of service while coordinating operational processes from start to finish.
About the Role
As a Client Coordinator, you will act as the key point of contact for multiple clients, managing day-to-day communication and ensuring work is delivered efficiently and to the highest standard.
You’ll liaise with internal departments, contractors, and customers while supporting a range of services including:
- Home Emergency Assistance
- Property Installations
- Damp & Mould Services
- Additional client projects and operational support

This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact while developing your knowledge across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients.
- Manage client enquiries and provide regular updates.
- Coordinate jobs from instruction through to completion.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure service level agreements are achieved.
- Monitor workloads and proactively identify any issues requiring escalation.
- Produce reports and maintain accurate client records.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at every stage.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational projects.
What We’re Looking For

- An excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Able to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude.
- Experienced in customer service, account coordination, operations, or administration (preferred but not essential).
