About the Role

Selby Jennings is to join its growing Strategic Accounts team. The team manages a portfolio of flagship financial services clients, including some of the world's leading investment banks, hedge funds and financial institutions.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys combining data, technology, AI and commercial decision-making to improve business performance. You will play a key role in analysing account performance, identifying trends, creating actionable insights, and helping deliver an exceptional experience to strategic clients.

As the business continues to invest heavily in data and AI-driven solutions, this role will be at the centre of driving smarter decision-making and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse strategic account and recruitment delivery performance data.
  • Create reports, dashboards and performance insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership teams.
  • Track client performance against market benchmarks and competitors.
  • Support strategic account planning through data-driven analysis.
  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity, processes and client outcomes.
  • Leverage AI and analytics tools to enhance forecasting and performance tracking.
  • Work closely with account managers, leadership and operational stakeholders to support business growth.

Requirements

Essential

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • Interest in AI, technology and data-driven decision-making.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to present insights to stakeholders.
  • Commercial mindset and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Experience operating in a client-facing, operational, analytics or performance-focused environment.

Preferred

  • Recruitment industry experience and understanding of the hiring lifecycle.
  • Experience within Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, Account Management or Data Analytics.
  • Experience using reporting and analytics platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled business tools, forecasting platforms or performance management systems.
  • Track record of using data and technology to improve business outcomes.
