Point is an Investment Data Intelligence platform helping wealth and asset managers transform fragmented investment data into a clean, governed and AI-ready strategic asset. We work with clients globally and are entering an exciting phase of growth.

We're looking for an organised, proactive and client-focused individual to become the operational heartbeat of our client delivery function.

This role sits at the centre of the business, coordinating client onboarding, support requests and delivery activity across engineering, data, reporting and AI teams. As Point grows, you'll play a key role in creating the structure, visibility and communication processes that allow us to scale successfully.

THE ROLE

As Client Delivery Coordinator, you'll help ensure clients receive a professional, responsive and consistent experience while keeping internal teams aligned and focused on priorities.

You'll work directly with founders, technical specialists and clients, helping turn complex delivery activities into clear plans, actions and outcomes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Coordinate new client onboarding projects from initiation through delivery
  • Manage client requests, ensuring actions are tracked, prioritised and progressed
  • Provide clients with regular updates and maintain clear communication
  • Coordinate work across engineering, data, reporting and AI teams
  • Maintain project plans and delivery workflows in Asana
  • Track milestones, dependencies, blockers and ownership
  • Help improve onboarding, support and operational processes
  • Leverage Microsoft Copilot and AI tools to improve reporting, communication and efficiency
  • Support leadership with delivery reporting and operational visibility

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
