Client Delivery Engineer
📍 Location: London (office 3 days/week) 🤝 Team: Professional Services 💵 £45k-£55k + bonus + equity About Blink At Blink, we build digital workplace experiences people actually want to use. Our platform transforms intranets into dynamic, personalised hubs that keep workforces connected, informed, and engaged — wherever and however they work. We partner with some of the world's leading organisations like Domino's, JD Sports and McDonald's making sure they can reach their entire workforces and build cultures where people feel informed, included, and inspired — and we're just getting started. The Role We're looking for a Client Delivery Engineer to join our Services team as a key technical delivery partner for our commercial customers. You'll own the technical implementation experience for our customers — getting them live, build, testing, and troubleshooting their integrations, and ensuring our technical documentation is something the whole business can rely on. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that sits at the intersection of engineering and delivery. You'll work closely with our Solution Architect, who will set your priorities and act as your escalation path, while also maintaining a close working relationship with our Product & Engineering team — closely integrated with how they build, what's on the roadmap, and how to route delivery-side questions efficiently. If you're an engineer who enjoys talking to customers, has an instinct for communication and issue resolution, and wants to grow inside a scaling product-focused company, this role is built for you. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end technical implementation for commercial and guided accounts, including SSO setup, authentication flows, integrations configuration, and go-live support Serve as first line of technical response for common technical issues such as API and config errors, triaging and resolving them independently where possible Maintain and continuously improve technical documentation in close partnership with the Product & Engineering team Provide structured technical summaries and handover notes to the Solution Architect for accounts requiring escalation Support the Solution Architect on enterprise project cycles, including testing and technical design work, as needed Act as customer-facing expert on Blink technical capabilities, staying educated and informed about Blink’s product and engineering roadmap Professional Experience 1–3 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role (internships and placements considered for exceptional candidates) Exposure to B2B SaaS environments, implementation, or technical support preferred Proven ability to manage your own workload and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders Technical Expertise Solid understanding of APIs, authentication protocols and integration concepts Working knowledge of SSO standards: SAML, OIDC, OAuth Hands-on experience with session lifecycles, secure cookie handling, and token-based authentication (JWT) General understanding of: Enterprise application landscape. Application and identity architecture. SaaS protocols and integrations. APIs (SCIM 2.0/ REST/ SOAP/GraphQL). Network security protocols (OAuth, SAML, LDAP). Knowledge of core application security principles. Comfortable reading and writing technical documentation Educational Background Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field preferred Our Ideal Candidate Customer-facing confidence — at ease on calls with technical stakeholders and able to represent Blink credibly A documentation mindset — you instinctively write things down and leave things clearer than you found them Curiosity about both product and delivery and solving technical customer challenges, not just code Strong communication and organisational skills; you manage your own workload without needing to be chased Adaptable to fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a solutions-oriented approach You will have the opportunity to be part of something impactful, large-scale, and meaningful. Most importantly, you'll work for a company with a strong purpose, with an ambitious and supportive team embarking on a journey most start-ups can only dream of! Benefits include: Equity allocations with significant upside potential Simple, transparent and generous bonus plan Company shutdown between Christmas and New Year 25 days' leave + public holidays Pension scheme to help you save for a bright future Private health insurance Ability to grow, learn and solve a variety of challenges, working in an ambitious environment with smart people At Blink, we're committed to creating an inclusive and diverse culture where our people feel they truly belong. I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
