Client Solutions Team
At Meraki Talent, we connect exceptional talent with world-class organisations across Financial Services and Professional Services. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Client Delivery Recruitment Consultant to join our Client Solutions team.
This is a delivery-focused recruitment role, supporting key client accounts by sourcing and managing high-quality interim and contingent talent. This is not a sales position — the focus is on candidate delivery, client service, and operational excellence across high-volume hiring projects. We are ideally seeking an ambitious junior recruiter with experience in temporary or contract recruitment who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong candidate relationships.
The Role
As a Client Delivery Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering interim recruitment solutions for a range of Financial and Professional Services clients. Working closely with the wider Client Solutions team, you will manage candidate pipelines, coordinate recruitment activity, and ensure an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
You will support a variety of high-volume hiring projects, requiring strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
