Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Job Purpose

As a Client Delivery Specialist, you are responsible for the commercial ownership of inbound client enquiries and the delivery of accurate, timely, and commercially robust accommodation selections that secure bookings and protect margin.

  • You respond quickly and proactively within agreed SLAs, ensuring speed, accuracy, and strong working relationships with client bookers by understanding their preferences, pressures, and booking behaviours—delivering efficient, tailored solutions that strengthen trust and retention.
  • You develop strong relationships with our property partners, negotiating effectively to secure competitive rates, favourable terms, and availability that support both client needs and Situ’s margin expectations.
  • You consult, influence, and convert—not merely quote.
  • You collaborate closely with the Commercial Team to support account growth and retention, working in partnership with Supply Chain and Guest Care to ensure a seamless transition after a booking is confirmed.
  • You not just manage the solution or the relationship at booking stage—you own the booking.
