What will you do?
As a Client Development Executive, you will support the commercial growth of our Global Wealth Solutions business in the UK. Working closely with senior sales colleagues, you will help manage high-quality sales processes in a complex and regulated financial services market.
You will be involved across the full sales cycle, from early client engagement through to proposal, procurement and contract stages. By coordinating across sales, product, legal and delivery teams, you will help create a smooth, professional prospect and client experience and improve the quality of our commercial execution.
Your Responsibilities Include
- Supporting sales opportunities throughout the full sales cycle
- Preparing high-quality proposals, presentations, and tender documents
- Conducting structured research on UK wealth managers, private banks, and investment platforms
- Managing and coordinating structured procurement processes
- Maintaining and improving CRM data quality and sales reporting
- Supporting internal alignment across commercial, product and delivery teams
- Contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes and execution
This is a development role and a strong first step towards a future position in sales or account management.
You will be part of the Sales department and work closely with the commercial lead and Global Wealth Solution colleagues in the UK and the Netherlands.
Who are you?
You are at the start of your commercial career and motivated to grow within a structured, international B2B environment. You enjoy working in a detail-oriented setting and feel confident navigating complexity.
We Are Looking For Someone With
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in finance, economics, business or a related field
- An interest in wealth management, investments or financial technology; experience within an advice firm or UK financial services environment would be an advantage
- A structured and detail-oriented working style, with the ability to operate effectively in regulated environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Affinity with CRM systems and structured processes
- A proactive approach, curiosity and willingness to learn

You are motivated to develop towards a client-facing commercial role. You are based in the UK and already have the right to work in the UK without employer sponsorship.
What do we offer?

Salary: GBP 60,000 – 70,000 gross per year, depending on your competency profile and experience.
