Client Development & Relationship Manager (Luxury Fine Jewellery) London or Dubai
Luxury Fine Jewellery | London or Dubai
Our client is an internationally recognised luxury fine jewellery maison looking to appoint a Client Development & Relationship Manager to support the continued growth of its client strategy across international markets.
This is a commercially focused position for someone who understands that long-term business success in luxury retail is built on exceptional client relationships. Working closely with retail leadership, CRM teams, and key stakeholders, you'll be responsible for developing initiatives that strengthen client loyalty, increase customer acquisition, and support boutique performance.
Rather than sitting purely within marketing or retail operations, this role bridges both functions. You'll use customer insight, CRM data, and retail performance to identify opportunities, whilst creating meaningful client experiences that drive engagement and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement client development strategies that increase customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
- Work alongside regional and global teams to continuously improve clienteling programmes and customer engagement initiatives.
- Partner with boutique leadership to ensure client development objectives are embedded into everyday retail activity.
- Monitor CRM performance, customer behaviour, and retail KPIs, providing recommendations to improve client engagement and commercial performance.
- Design and deliver personalised client experiences, private shopping initiatives, exclusive events, and VIP programmes.
- Identify new opportunities to attract high-value clients through partnerships, networking, and targeted relationship-building activities.
- Produce meaningful reporting and customer analysis to support business decisions and identify emerging trends.
- Support the development of retail teams by promoting best practice in clienteling, CRM, and relationship management.
- Work closely with marketing and retail teams to ensure campaigns, launches, and client initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
