Client Director
#+ Client Director – CPG Media Partnerships Location: London, Hybrid (2 days/week @ Deliveroo HQ, flexible) Salary: £65,000+ (base) with £7,000 discretionary bonus
About the Role
We are seeking a Client Director to lead our Deliveroo Media partnership, focusing on CPG brands. The ideal candidate will:
- Drive commercial growth through new business acquisition, repeat investment and scalable partnerships
- Own the growth strategy for Tier 2 and Tier 3 CPG brands
- Collaborate with Deliveroo’s Strategic Partnerships team on Tier 1 opportunities
- Lead a high-performing team to execute an ambitious portfolio-wide growth plan

Key Requirements
(Þ Not mandatory—applicants with transferable skills are welcome.)
Essential
- Strong commercial acumen, withability to identify revenue opportunities, build value-based proposals, and expand long-term client spend
- Proven experience in media sales, partnerships or commercial account management, ideally across FMCG/CPG or similarly fast‐moving industries
- Leadership & mentorship talent, including team development to deliver against halls‐on targets
- Strategic thinker with big-picture vision – able to prioritise and align proposals for shared success
- Outstanding negotiation & stakeholder management skills, backed by analytical rigor
- Data-driven mindset: leveraging ROAS, campaign insights and pipeline analysis to sharpen strategy

What You’ll Deliver Daily
- Develop holistic commercial strategies to grow revenue through new business, repeat investment, and large-scale partnerships
- Partner with Deliveroo’s Strategic Partnerships team to unlock Tier 1 CPG opportunities
- Craft custom pitches, leveraging sponsored products, moment-led activations and integrated media solutions
- Tailor GTM tactics by category and client tier, ensuring focus on diverse, high-value initiatives
- Use commercial intelligence (ROAS + KPIs) to refine client engagements, driving repeat investment
- Lead a 4–5-person team, setting clear objectives, calibrating talent and ensuring accountability
