We're looking for an experienced Client Director to join one of the UK's leading agency growth consultancies. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with some of the most exciting creative, marketing, PR and digital agencies, helping them win new business and achieve ambitious growth. This is a senior, client-facing role where you'll combine strategic consultancy, leadership and commercial thinking to make a genuine impact.
The Opportunity
As Client Director, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of agency clients, becoming a trusted adviser to their leadership teams while mentoring and developing your own client services team.
You'll work closely with colleagues across the business to create growth strategies, deliver consultancy workshops, improve client retention and identify new commercial opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and growing a portfolio of agency clients, building long-term strategic partnerships.
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of Client Growth Managers and Account Managers.
- Creating and implementing new business strategies that generate high-quality sales opportunities for clients.
- Consulting with agency leaders to refine value propositions, target audiences, positioning and business development strategy.
- Delivering engaging workshops, training sessions and strategic consultancy.
- Acting as a trusted commercial adviser, identifying opportunities to strengthen client growth and retention.
- Driving revenue growth through outstanding client service and cross-selling additional solutions where appropriate.
- Taking ownership of the commercial performance of your business unit.
About You
You'll be an experienced client services or agency professional who enjoys building relationships and helping businesses succeed.

You'll ideally have:
- At least four years' experience within client services, account management, business development or agency growth.
- A proven track record of retaining and growing client accounts.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to spot opportunities for growth.
- Experience leading, mentoring or coaching high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A consultative approach with the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
- A genuine passion for the creative, marketing, PR or digital agency sector.
