THE ROLE: Client Director- Public Sector
This is a client facing role, establishing relationships with senior level contacts to strategically sell the XMA solution stack to our customers. The role is to identify new opportunities, develop and grow new business through the management of a highly consultative sales cycle.

This individual needs to have a passion for doing face to face meetings to achieve the financial targets set.
Responsibilities:
- Strong selling, interpersonal and organisational skills with a focus on quality to deliver an exceptional service to existing and new customers
- Reporting to the Sales Director Public Sector you'll be responsible for:
- Managing the overall customer relationships across NHS, Local Gov and Education
- Focusing on the retention of existing customers whilst developing extra lines of business, increasing the overall efficiency and profitability for these customers.
- Work closely with Solution Consultants & Sales Directors, peers, and Business Analysis teams to perform pre-sales feasibility assessments to meet client requirements.
- Selling XMA's range of IT Solutions and Services
- Develop value propositions and ROI based proposals to facilitate the client decision making process
- Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly gross profit targets
- As well as winning net new accounts to grow the account base.

ABOUT YOU: Client Director- Public Sector
We are looking for a tenacious salesperson who has previous experience selling IT Services and Solutions into the Public sector.
Requirements:
- Based from either Reading or Manchester, working remotely and out visiting customers.
- Solid IT Sales experience, selling into public sector
- Excellent customer facing and presentation skills at all levels
- Ability to work to set gross profit margins and KPIs
- Excellent Communication skills
- Management of pipeline for 30/60/90+ days
- Strong relationship building skills
- New business development skills
- Account Management skills
