The Opportunity
You lead a portfolio of key client relationships, working closely with the Client Partnership team, to provide the best client experience. You manage significant client work yourself, building trusted advisor relationships with senior clients. You blend commercial acumen with creative judgment, shaping work that performs and grows accounts.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead a portfolio of key client accounts working in partnership with peers to support clients on the type of workstreams, services, or offerings that would help their business challenges. Shaping the briefs and content with the client
- Set clear briefs internally, ensuring roles and responsibilities are known and what success looks like for the internal teams and clients
- Train and coach junior members of the team on core client management responsibilities and best practices, support the development of others through on-the-job training, giving clear support and guidance
- Work with Discipline leads to identify and activate annual growth plans for clients, managing organic opportunities from ideation to sign-off
- Find and pursue growth opportunities within your clients, working with internal leaders to develop and pitch compelling approaches
- Manage account complexity, coming up with solutions on approach and risk management, and align with the Client Partnership team
- Lead client workshops and strategic conversations that move decisions forward and create inspiring experiences
- Work with Delivery Management and Finance to manage team capacity, resource allocation, and commercial profitability across your portfolio
- Identify and lead initiatives that strengthen the Interbrand client experience and our external reputation
- Represent Interbrand externally, speaking about our offers and IP to attract talent and clients to the business

Team Leadership
